		<description>Ouch! That is an awful experience. I work for Opera and am a BlackBerry owner. Opera Mini works wonders on the BlackBerry and I&#039;m relieved you finally got it onto the phone. 

I&#039;ve never experienced any problems with downloading it to the phone. My only recommendation is to point the BB browser to http://www.operamini.com/ instead of opera.com. I haven&#039;t encountered any problems with downloading from that source.

When it comes to ensuring you know what button to click, I admit we have to do better. I&#039;ll see what I can do to get it done.
