Me on Twitter!

I am having a few problems getting my Tweets from Twitter (http://twitter.com/WeberJon) to show up on this blog; does anyone know how to get them to show here?

I have now added my feed via RSS in the sidebar. It is uglier than I would like it to be, but it is now here nonetheless. I have been informed that WordPress doesn’t like us to link Twitter on their hosted blogs, so this is a stopgap method to use for now until other options present themselves. When more free time permits, I will look more into getting it to be prettier, if possible (prettier == nicer looking display and not better quality tweets… LOL )

For some time now, I have considered blogging regarding many professional issues; after a bit of prodding and a few requests, here I go…

I’m not entirely certain about what in particular you will get to read here yet, but you can find this out for yourself soon (depending upon how long this blog goes, etc.).

I selected WordPress as my host because. Just because. Besides, other potential blogging hosts are blocked by some providers, employers, etc., and I did not really want to be hosted on Google’s servers (something about Gmail gives me the creeps-maybe it is the targeting of ads based upon what email one receives: I’d hate to be the recipient of Goatse’ish spam emails, only to get ads for similar served to me every time I check my email. Google “Goatse” if the term confuses you–or better yet, don’t. Really-don’t. You can’t say that I didn’t warn you).
